Exchanges & Returns
Wild Paisley is happy to offer exchanges, refunds or store credit on any full priced items purchased on our website subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Items must not be worn or washed, and must have tag attached.
- No exchanges or returns on sale items.
When exchanging or returning an item, please email your reason for exchange/return and a tracking number for the parcel to wildpaisleyonline@gmail.com. For exchanges, please ring (02) 9369 3133 beforehand to ensure your size/colour is available.
